What We Collect

Account information: your email address, collected when you sign up, via our authentication provider (Supabase).

Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. TideLogic does not receive, store, or have access to your full card details. We retain limited billing metadata (such as your subscription status and Stripe customer reference) to manage your account.

Usage data: which elements you've unlocked, to enforce fair-use limits on the Monthly tier.

How We Use It

To provide access to the Service, manage your subscription, communicate with you about your account (e.g. payment issues), and improve the library over time.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate TideLogic: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@tidelogic.co.uk. Deleting your account removes your profile and unlock history from our systems (billing records may be retained by Stripe as required for financial compliance).

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal and financial record-keeping.
