The Service
TideLogic provides access to a library of AI prompts ("elements") designed to generate UI transitions and animations for software applications. Elements are delivered as text prompts intended for use with third-party AI coding tools (including but not limited to Cursor, Claude Code, and v0). TideLogic is not affiliated with these tools.
Access Tiers
Free: A selection of elements available at no cost, permanently.
Founding Monthly: A recurring monthly subscription granting access to the full library, subject to a fair-use limit of 15 new element unlocks per calendar week. Previously unlocked elements remain accessible without limit. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Founding Lifetime: A one-time payment granting permanent, unlimited access to the full library for the lifetime of the account.
Pricing for Founding tiers reflects early/introductory rates and may not be available to new customers indefinitely. Existing Founding subscribers retain their rate for as long as their account remains active, at TideLogic's discretion.
License
Purchasing access grants you a personal license to use, modify, and incorporate the generated output (code produced by running our prompts through your own AI tools) into your own personal or client projects, including commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the prompts themselves as a standalone product or competing library.
No Refunds
All purchases are for digital content delivered immediately upon payment. We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. See our Refunds & Returns page for details.
Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove elements from the library at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Service and all elements are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TideLogic is not liable for any issues arising from code generated using our prompts, including but not limited to bugs, performance issues, or incompatibility with your specific project.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
